主讲《食品营养与卫生学》、《食品营养学》课程,参编《现代食用菌深加工》教材1部,主持教改项目2项,指导国家级大学生创新创业项目1项、省级大学生创新创业项目3项、江苏省研究生科研创新计划3项,发表教改论文2篇,指导校优秀本科毕业论文2项,2名硕士研究生获国家奖学金。
